Presentation and symposium instructions
Submissions for presentations should consist of an abstract of 500 words or less. Each presentation is scheduled for a 15 minute period. Presentations will be grouped with similar themed talks. Symposia are 2 to 4 presentations submitted as a group to be presented together, typically on a similar topic.
There are two types of presentations: 1) Regular presentations are authored by faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students. 2) Honor's presentations which are first-authored by a member of Honor's Society member (including Psi Chi) who is an undergraduate or graduate student. Faculty may be represented as a co-author of an Honor's presentation. |
Poster instructions
Submissions for posters should consist of an abstract between 300 and 500 words. There are two types of poster sessions:
1) Regular poster session is designed for faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students. 2) Honor Society poster session is designed for submissions first-authored by a member of an Honor's Society (including Psi Chi) who is an undergraduate or graduate student. Faculty may be represented as a c0-author of a Honor Society submission. |
Workshop instructions
Submission for workshops should consist of an abstract between 300 and 500 words with educational or instructional goals outlined. Tools or equipment necessary for a workshop should be verified ahead of time.
Workshops can be "hands-on" involving direct teaching of use of psychological equipment or software, or educational, such as explanation or creating awareness of research tools or methodology. |
